TELWIN INVERSPOTTER 13500 X AQUA

The INVERSPOTTER 13500 X AQUA is an electronic MFDC (Medium Frequency Direct Current) 

inverter-based spot-welding machine equipped with a liquid-cooled pneumatic 

clamp and AQUA cooling unit. It features fast welding via the “Squeeze and Spot” 

function—triggering current only when the electrodes are correctly pressed onto the metal sheets. 

The multifunctional backlit LCD digital panel enables automatic parameter adjustment based 

on selected tool and sheet thickness. POWER GUN technology integrates power circuits into 

the clamp, allowing high spot-weld current with lower absorption, plus long, light cables for 

extended reach and minimal magnetic fields. The unit includes mains voltage monitoring and 

automatic cooling control of both the clamp and cables. Ideal for body-shop and industrial 

applications, it excels on high-strength steels (HSS), boron steels, and galvanized sheets. 

Equipped with pre-programmed continuous and pulsed welding programs 

for various materials, parameters are user-adjustable. Optional tools allow single-spot welding, 

screw/washer/nail/rivet welding, special washer welding/pulling, patching, heating, 

and sheet recoating.
